Welcome to our recipe blog! We put together our recipes in a recipe dashboard to make it easier for you to find what you are looking for. We are thrilled to have you join our cooking journey. Our recipes are healthy, tasty, and fit in a balanced diet. Everyone could find something for their eating style.

How The Filter Works In The Recipe Dashboard

In the filter section of our recipe dashboard, you can search for a specific recipe. For example, filter on gluten-free if you are looking for gluten-free recipes. Or filter on a specific ingredient, course, etc. Once you select your filter, wait for a second for our recipe grid to update with the results. You can also write free text in the search box. For instance, if you are looking for juices, just type “Juice” in the text box to see what we have been juicing.

How We Time Our Recipes

We track multiple times for the recipes. Active time is how long it takes for you to be actively cooking. Total time is how long will it take from the very start of making the recipe until you can actually enjoy it. Prep time is usually the time it takes to wash and chop ingredients. Finally, the cooking time is how long it takes to cook a recipe.

Here is an example of how to read our timing. Our well-loved homemade yogurt recipe takes 1 min active time. This is to set up the milk on the stove to boil, to split up the milk into jars and put them in a warm blanket(s). However, the yogurt will be ready to consume in a day or two as it needs to fermentate. Hence, if you are looking for quick overall recipes, look for low total time. If you are looking for not so much involved recipes where you can set something up and it will get ready in a certain time (i.e. using the slow cooker), then look for low active time.
