  • Gather all ingredients
  • Scrub 3 lb potatoes with a clean vegetable brush under running  water.
  • Peel and slice the potatoes. I like the shape as widgets but cut them up the way you want/like them. The smaller the pieces the less time to cook in the oven.

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Cook

  • In a large bowl, combine 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp finely ground savory, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp chili powder, 1/8 tsp ground black pepper, 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt.

  • Mix well

  • Pour the potatoes pieces into the big bowl with seasoning. Stir well so the potatoes coat with the seasoning well.
  • Place the coated potatoes into a baking sheet

  • Bake on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 min or until potatoes are done to your taste
