How We Came Up With The Healthy Apple Crisp Yogurt Pudding Idea
We love eating healthy apple crisp crumble at our home. Check out our recipe. We make our apple crisp without butter, no sugar, and no all-purpose flour. One time, we made too much apple crisp for Father’s day and I decided to combine the apple crisp with other ingredients for variety. That is how the apple crisp pudding was born. From there, we started experimenting with plain yogurt too. It turned out those combinations are a very delicious snack, dessert, and is great for breakfast too. Since then, I haven’t made an apple crisp crumble without the kids asking for a pudding or a smoothie (yes, we made an apple crisp smoothie too!). We also made an apple crisp without any oil in the slow cooker. Check it out!
