  • While the bulgur is simmering cook the topping
    Once the bulgur is done and it is tender you will season with salt and groung black pepper, fluff with a fork and enjoy the delicous healthy homemade bulgur ready in 15 min rich in protein

Topping

  • Chop the pork into bites size
  • In a plastic bag, combine ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground black pepper, 2 tbsp whole wheat flour. Close the plastic bag (could be sandwich plastic bag) and shake the ingredients well to mesh.
