Your salmon lunch or dinner will be ready in 25 minutes! This salmon recipe forms a nice crisp crust on top of the fish mainly because of the type of stone ground mustard we are using. My family eats fish every week because of the nutritious values it provides us. Salmon is one of our top choices.

Notes
- We do not like to eat the skin of the fish although it is highly nutritious. Hence, I do not grease the foil with oil. Instead, once the fish is done, we only eat the meat and leave the skin stuck to the foil. If you enjoy eating the skin of the fish, grease the foil so the fish doesn’t stick to the foil.
- You can substitute the dried parsley with 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- We are extremely excited to announce we are now using the saferecipeguide.org guidelines to make our recipe safe-friendly. We will slowly be incorporating the safe recipe guidelines into our recipe instructions!
